Andrea Dobynes Wagner worked really hard to manage with a disability that’s not immediately apparent—retinitis pigmentosa, a rare eye disease in which the retina breaks down over time. She's legally, but not obviously, blind. Every time she sits down for a job interview, Andrea weighs the pros and cons of disclosure. Will telling people she has a disability help or hurt her chances? She's been dealing with that question for a long time.
